Lil Help needed to run a non-profit service model for overseas Bangladeshis. It connects families abroad with local doorstep assistance in Dhaka, covering parental care, custom sourcing, and logistics. The plan was Google Forms and spreadsheets.
We saw that manual tracking would collapse under the load, and advised a dedicated digital platform instead. We built a full-stack platform with automated dispatch, CRM workflows, and multi-channel messaging.
